Hello, I am Ayesha Khan; my academic qualification is 10th and 12th from CBSE Board and my graduation done by Delhi University. I am responsible and sincere in my family. I wanted to became a independent girl but my family was not allowed it because they have a wrong myth just like that girls should live in home and should do the house work. They should not go out for earnings. But I have a big dreams so, I’m very confused that what to do?

One day I and my mother went out for market then we saw the B K Welfare Foundation (NGO) camp for the livelihood which was held in our area. Then I visited this camp with my mother then the volunteers of that camp to understand to my mother that how the girls do the great work as compare to boys in every field. For this our B K Welfare Foundation (NGO) work with best progress day by day continuously.

Next day my mother visited the B K Welfare Foundation (NGO) and to know the benefits of livelihood training and also motivated to my mother for the wrong myth for the girls by the manager of NGO then my mother confirmed the admission for me. I took the 2 months classes in this institute.

In this institute I learnt many things like about personality development, communication skills, English translation, About retail and retail Banking and also learnt how can I gave the interview and perform best in a first attempt?

After the course I gave the interview to the H.R of Pantaloon and that time I am very excited and have a new confidence for given the interview then I gave the interview at my turn, I was selected in first attempt and also my placement was done on a same day with salary 15K in hand.
I am thankful to the B K Welfare Foundation (NGO) for the best support and for suggest for the try also. By this our parents understand clearly. At last my family is very happy and they realized that they were wrong and their daughter proved that she was right with the help of B K Welfare Foundation (NGO). Ayesha Khan
