1) Raymond’s:
B K Welfare foundation has partnered with Raymond’s with an intention to arrive at a skill development and certification initiative for the purpose of skill upgradation in the tailoring sector under this. B K welfare foundation wishes to collaboration with Raymond’s to conduct karigar Training.

Purpose of Training:
Target Audience: -Who are doing in local factories overall in Delhi and NCR region, support for the basic information and guide for the assistance basic issue comes in during their works at work station.

Covered Target: B K welfare Foundation covered the training in Delhi and Noida location and have trained 7295 Karigar till today.

2) B-Able Project – Reliance:

CSR Initiative Reliance Foundation: -Training is a highly useful tool that can bring an employee into a position where they can do their job correctly, effectively, and conscientiously. Training is the act of increasing the knowledge and skill of an employee for doing a particular job.

Purpose of the Training: -To arrange and provide complete training of a vocational course namely “Customer Care Executive” to the candidates. The training duration shall be 125 Hours, which include 80 Hours (13 days @ 6 Hours) classroom training and 45 Hours/5Days On the Job Training (OJT) in Reliance Stores.

Training cum Placement Support in Training Programme: – B K welfare Foundation (NGO) done the training in different location, covered the 300 youth for the training and placement through the Exposure Visit in many retail outlet and Campus Interview for the Placement support of many HR -Reliance, Pantaloons, Wave cinema,SBI,ICICI etc.

3) Fun First Pvt Ltd Project Technical training supported by Whirlpool:

FGSPL is a training partner of National Skill Development Corporation, Govt. of India, currently providing trainings of Field Engineers -RACW, Mobile Hand Set Repair Technician, Filed Technician- Computer and Peripherals, Field Technician- Networking and storage, Set-top Box Installation and Service, Television Repair Technician with focus on Flat Panel Display (FPD) TV and Other Home Appliance Installation & Repairing training The bouquet of training courses being offered will increase from time to time. The company is currently working on a project with Whirlpool of India Ltd., Voltas Ltd, PMKVY, ESDM, TISS B. Voc. program and MSSDS.

The proposed intervention will focus on the following deliverables from FGSPL:

  1. Psychometric test of Candidates for selection
  2. Providing pre-employment guidance
  3. Provision of Content (in the form of Books) and technical training equipment
  4. Providing expert trainers
  5. Third-party assessment & implementation support to “Mobiliser and Implementation Partner””
  6. Certification at the end of training to the successful candidates
  7. Arrangement of on job training for the students.
  8. Support of placements with suitable employers on successful completion of training to the eligible candidates.

4. Bosch: BRIDGE
(Bosch’s Response to India’s Development Growth through Employability Enhancement)

As part of Bosch India’s Social Engagement activities, Bosch conducts short-term training on Employability Skills development training program i.e. BRIDGE for unemployed youth with placement assistance.

As of today BOSCH’s BRIDGE program run in 193 centres across India and partnered with Govt. of Karnataka, Govt. of Maharashtra, Govt. of Rajasthan, till today trained and placed 14,000 + youth.

Self-sustainable program
B k welfare foundation believes in long-term self-sustainability of the BRIDGE program. This will ensure only serious students enrols and actively participate in training, which also inculcates greater sense of accountability for the training organisation to the students towards training.

As a Training partners B K Welfare Foundation is doing work with Bosch CSR last 2 year, enrolled 205 students in training programme of 2 Month,8 hours per days. After that we have placed the youth 90% in different domain as youth Aspiration through the campus interview Drive at livelihood centre.
B k welfare Foundation (NGO) Also do the exposure visit with youth and physically visit in their youth work station and take a feedback from the youth and Hr for the Youth daily vs monthly performance too.

LEARNING LINKS FOUNDATION,
A charitable trust registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 ,

BK Welfare Foundation and LEARNING LINKS FOUNDATION, mobilize, provide infrastructural support and batch coordination for training batches maximum of batch size with 25 – 40 youth each on 50 hours curriculum on entrepreneurship, digital literacy, spoken English, financial literacy including 20 hours boot camp on business idea incubation.

Purpose Of Entrepreneurship training : In a partnership for an Entrepreneurship training for start a livelihood. We have identified a 160 youth who have willingness to start the own livelihood and sustainability in life with this support of B K welfare foundation (NGO)
